Technology Platform

Paymenture provides software, infrastructure, orchestration, integration, and technology services supporting access to financial products and services offered by regulated third-party financial institutions and Service Providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Paymenture is not a bank;
  • Paymenture is not a deposit-taking institution;
  • Paymenture is not a trustee;
  • Paymenture is not a custodian; and
  • Paymenture does not provide regulated financial services directly.

Third-Party Service Providers

Financial products and services accessible through the platform may be provided by:

  • sponsor banks;
  • card issuers;
  • electronic money institutions ("EMIs");
  • payment processors;
  • virtual asset service providers ("VASPs");
  • custodians;
  • payment institutions; or
  • other regulated Service Providers.

Availability varies by:

  • jurisdiction;
  • product;
  • provider; and
  • regulatory requirements.

FDIC & Deposit Disclosures

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • wallet balances are not bank deposits;
  • digital assets are not insured deposits;
  • stablecoins are not bank deposits; and
  • balances accessible through the Services are not insured by the

FDIC.

Any applicable safeguarding, pass-through insurance, or deposit protections are subject to:

  • the applicable Service Provider;
  • applicable law; and
  • provider-specific disclosures.

Digital Asset Disclosures

Digital asset functionality may involve:

  • blockchain settlement;
  • stablecoins;
  • tokenized assets;
  • cryptocurrency transfers; or
  • digital asset wallets.

Digital assets:

  • may be volatile;
  • may lose value rapidly;
  • may become unavailable;
  • may be subject to regulatory restrictions; and
  • may involve irreversible transactions.

Compliance & Monitoring

Paymenture and its Service Providers may conduct:

  • sanctions screening;
  • blockchain analytics;
  • transaction monitoring;
  • fraud monitoring;
  • cybersecurity monitoring; and
  • Travel Rule compliance activities.

Paymenture may:

  • freeze transactions;
  • restrict Services;
  • reject onboarding; or
  • cooperate with regulators and law enforcement.

Changes to Providers & Programs

Paymenture may:

  • change sponsor banks;
  • change issuers;
  • change custodians;
  • change payment processors;
  • migrate infrastructure; or
  • modify provider relationships

at any time.
